Sophia Berry is a client strategy professional recognized for her leadership in client development, brand partnerships, and revenue growth across sports and entertainment. She currently serves as Manager, Partner Solutions within the Music & Entertainment team at Connect Partnership Group.

At TEGNA, Sophia launched and managed a startup division that developed 20+ future account executives across 60+ media markets, guiding two cohorts and equipping them to build strong client relationships and succeed in revenue-driving roles. Earlier in her career at WFAA, TEGNA’s flagship station, she drove significant partnership revenue through major sports collaborations and multi-platform media campaigns.

Sophia earned her BBA in Marketing and Advertising from Baylor University. She is actively engaged in the Dallas community, serving as Marketing Co-Chair for the Alliance for Women in Media – DFW and as a member of Echelon DFW. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, live music, exploring new restaurants with friends and staying active through yoga and weightlifting.
