Mason Pidaniy serves as a Business Development Associate within the Consulting division at Connect, where he supports partnership development, client relations, and revenue growth.

With a diverse background across sports and entertainment as well as partnerships, marketing, sales, and analytics, Mason brings a well-rounded perspective to identifying opportunities and building meaningful relationships. Through prior experience within venues, leagues, and teams, he offers a firsthand understanding of how different sides of the industry collaborate. Mason enjoys connecting people and ideas and strives to bring contagious energy, warmth, and innovation to every client relationship.

Mason earned bachelor’s degrees in Sport Management and Human Dimensions of Organizations from the University of Texas at Austin before completing his MBA at Florida State University. While at Texas, he competed on and served as a Co-Captain for the Coed Cheer team. Outside of work, Mason enjoys wake surfing, live music, traveling, and staying active outdoors. Born and raised in Austin, Texas, he currently lives in Dallas.
