Lauren Halsey brings over 15 years of experience in sports and entertainment sales to Connect Partnership Group. Before joining Connect in 2025, she spent 12 years at FC Dallas, where she was a senior sales leader, securing marquee partnerships on jersey and stadium naming rights assets. Lauren was also instrumental in the development of the monetization strategy for the $182 million renovation at Toyota Stadium.

In addition to her professional career, Lauren is committed to serving her community through leadership on the McKinney Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces Board of Directors, as well as board positions with local non-profits. She is also a competitive endurance athlete, having completed more than 30 IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 events around the world.

Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and advertising from Kansas State University and is a proud Wildcat Alumni!

In her free time, Lauren enjoys trail running with her six-year-old lab, Finn, and serving at her church in the youth ministry.
