Jessica Welke is an accomplished marketing, partnerships, and events professional with extensive experience across sports, media, and community engagement. She specializes in driving sponsorship strategy, brand activations, and revenue growth for high-profile sports properties.
Most recently, Jessica managed ESPN Events and Community Engagement for Good Karma Brands, where she led integrated sponsorship initiatives for marquee college football bowl games – including the Boca Raton Bowl, Gasparilla Bowl and Armed Forces Bowl – as well as national softball and basketball tournaments. She managed end-to-end partnership strategy for top brands such as Pratt & Whitney, Ed Morse Auto Group and Baptist Health South Florida, delivering measurable ROI through customized activations and cross-platform marketing.
Jessica’s career includes roles with the Palm Beach County Sports Commission, ESPN Magazine, HarperCollins, and the NBA, where she developed strategic campaigns, executed large-scale events, and built strong brand and media partnerships.
A graduate of the University of Southern California, Jessica brings her creative vision and collaborative leadership style to every initiative. Originally from Dallas, Texas she now resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, with her two daughters.
