Hannah joins Connect as Executive Assistant & Office Manager to co-CEOs Ben Cahalane and Danielle Shuff, bringing more than 15 years of experience in client relations and hospitality. Before joining the team, she served as an Executive Assistant at a Plano-based RIA firm and as Director of Hospitality & Guest Relations at Circuit of The Americas, the acclaimed Formula 1 venue in Austin. Earlier in her career, she managed restaurants and client events in New Orleans, Philadelphia, and Austin.

Her hospitality background shaped the way she approaches every interaction, anticipating needs, making people feel at ease, and ensuring no detail is overlooked. That same care carries directly into how she supports clients and partners at Connect.

What drew Hannah to Connect is the people and the culture. The team is genuinely invested in their clients and their vision, and she’s thrilled to be surrounded by talented individuals who take real pride in what they do and, just as importantly, enjoy doing it together.

Outside the office, you can find her spending time with family and friends, hosting dinner parties, and exploring new destinations.
