Channing Gray is the Executive Vice President of Business Operations at Connect Partnership Group, where she has spent nearly a decade driving revenue growth, client strategy, and organizational development while leading key strategic initiatives for the agency.

Before joining Connect, Channing was part of the founding team at Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas, developing corporate strategy and securing sponsorships for major events including the Formula 1 U.S. Grand Prix, ESPN Summer X Games, MotoGP, and the amphitheater concert series. She began her career with the Dallas Stars in Corporate Partnerships and Broadcast after graduating summa cum laude from the University of North Texas.

A competitive motorcycle racer for more than two decades, Channing brings discipline, resilience, and a competitive edge to her leadership. She now channels that same energy into her professional career while still enjoying time on two wheels.

Channing serves on the Executive Board of Directors for Dallas Influencers in Sports and Entertainment (DISE) and as an Advisory Board Member for the UNT Sports Entertainment Management programs. She lives in North Texas with her husband, Casey, and their dog, Remington, and enjoys world travel, live music and bingeing TED Talks.
