Andrew Christmas serves as a Business Analyst at Connect, where he supports the development of partnership strategies that extend beyond traditional proposal frameworks. He contributes to research development and market analysis, and is known for his ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Through exposure to markets such as Dallas, Austin, and Denver, Andrew is building a thoughtful understanding of how brands and properties engage within today’s sponsorship landscape. His academic training and early professional experience allow him to identify alignment between organizational objectives and evolving fan and consumer behaviors. Andrew is particularly interested in emerging sports, technology-driven partnership solutions, and uncovering opportunities in markets that fall outside traditional approaches.
Andrew earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from the University of Texas at Austin and later completed his MBA at the University of North Texas.
Outside of work, Andrew is an avid Spikeball competitor who regularly participates in national tournaments. He also enjoys exploring new food experiences whether discovering standout restaurants or experimenting in the kitchen and currently resides in the Dallas Fort Worth area.
