With 25 years of sports marketing industry experience, Ben prides his professional craft around strategy, integrity, and creativity. Ben doesn’t take for granted the daily privilege he has to work in an industry that truly can stimulate memories and emotions for fans of all ages, all across the world.
His passions in life include outdoor activities such as hiking, golf and landscaping. You might also find Ben in the kitchen making homemade pasta or at the grill preparing a steak for his wife Cristin. Ben thinks Chevy Chase’s best work was in the movie Fletch, and the Texas Longhorns Football team is poised for success in 2019.
Danielle has been passionate about sports since her early days when she was cheering on the Angels, and also competing as a gymnast and a long distance track and cross country runner. Danielle is grateful for the opportunity to have opened world-class sports and entertainment facilities, negotiated partnership agreements across a diverse portfolio of properties, and established business relationships with clients and partners based on trust and delivering value to all parties.
She had a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to hit the pause button on her career when she traveled the world with her husband for 7 months, visiting 21 countries across Europe, South America and Asia Pacific. Favorite place visited: Patagonia region of Argentina.
Nowadays she thoroughly enjoys being a Mom to her young daughter, traveling with her husband, the outdoors, yoga and reading.

The dedication, discipline and mental focus Channing had as a competitive motorcycle racer set the ground work for her professional career. Her competitive nature as an athlete has translated into her role as an accomplished sales executive in the sports and entertainment industry. The “winning” feeling is what continues to be the driving force behind her motivation to succeed.
Channing has a passion for travel and learning about different cultures around the globe. When she isn’t exploring and enjoying the outdoors, you can find her at a hockey game or volunteering with local animal welfare organizations.
Lewis enjoys working in the sports business for all the same reasons he loves sports: competition, practicing, winning, losing and working as a team. Early experience with collegiate athletics and Major League Soccer allowed Lewis to learn about different consumers and fans and hone his craft in corporate partnership sales. Working with Connect has allowed him to diversify his skillset in building mutually beneficial partnerships between sports & entertainment properties and the brands seeking to utilize these platforms as a way to drive business results.
Born in the U.K., Lewis grew up playing football (soccer) and is an avid Manchester United fan and active member of their U.S. Supporters Group. Lewis enjoys Crossfit workouts, anything outdoors and spending time with his Wife, Morgan, and dog, Giggsy.
Scott has spent his 20 year career in executive-level revenue generating and marketing roles within the sports and entertainment live-event space, including most recently Chief Revenue Officer for Red Frog Events and their event properties, including Firefly Music Festival. With a highly creative background in promoting brands and engaging consumers, he has created innovative partnership platforms with some of the most respected brands in the world.
Scott always had a passion for the business side of sports and music. Originally from the suburbs of Detroit, or “Motor City” and “Motown”, it was only appropriate that his career path would start in motorsports and lead to music, following in the footsteps of his grandfather, who was one of the early pioneer and record label executives at Motown Records.
Scott loves spending time with his wife and 2 daughters, traveling, and training for the next endurance event he is going to tackle.

A former open-wheel race car driver, after a lucky escape Tom realized that unlike his F1 heroes, his own future had more upside in the boardroom. It’s proved a great decision as Tom has brokered over $800million in sponsorship revenue during his 25-year career with sport and entertainment properties Worldwide.
Whether in the office or at home Tom follows the principle that “you cannot improve what you do not measure”, which is perhaps why the advent of Strava has fuelled his healthy addiction to cycling.
Tom has already flown the equivalent of around the World over 30 times with British Airways alone (so they tell him), but never tires of experiencing new cultures, climates and landscapes whether travelling on business or on vacation with his wife and their three children.
Tom is especially passionate about the role sport can play in promoting diversity, inclusion and sustainability. Whilst he probably won’t give up the air-cooled flat-six anytime soon he is a very enthusiastic Tesla owner.

As a veteran communications, marketing and sales executive, Brooke has led strategies and campaigns on behalf of some of the top entertainment and technology companies in the world. Her passion for science, space, technology and education have woven into each step of her professional career and personal life.
When she’s not at science and tech events, she’s been known to host inventive art and craft nights with friends, bust a move on the dance floor or enjoy the Texas Hill Country wineries with her husband of 10 years.
She hopes in her children’s lifetime, they will have the opportunity to live in a 3D-printed home, play a role in shaping a healthy, more sustainable future for generations to come and live out their wildest dreams while traveling our beautiful planet…and maybe Mars!
After an accomplished collegiate and five-year professional golf career, Brennan Little, received the unique opportunity to join his childhood friend, Mike Weir, as his caddie on the PGA Tour. Brennan helped Mike become one of the most accomplished Canadian golfer of all time – and was on his bag for 8 global tournament wins, including the 2003 Masters Tournament. Brennan has also worked with Camillo Villegas, Sean O’Hair and Gary Woodland.
His experiences around the sport has also fueled Brennan’s interest in the business of sports, as he has developed relationships with senior executives across the world, sharing a passion for the game of golf. Brennan’s network is one of his greatest strengths, and why he is such a valuable member of the Connect consulting team.
When Brennan isn’t on a golf course, you can find him playing ice hockey with his boys, fishing, or cheering on his Toronto Blue Jays.
In law school, I heard the General Counsel for the Dallas Mavericks NBA team speak about working in sports law and knew that’s what I wanted to do. Sports law is a great way to combine my love of the law and of sports into a career, and I love the team atmosphere. I grew up watching Texas Rangers games with my parents and enjoy being a small part of helping families make great memories at sporting events.

Mark has led global sponsorship and multimedia sales and marketing teams monetizing his companies’ US and International portfolio of assets including IP rights, talent endorsements, content creation, event & onsite integrations, television, digital, mobile, social, magazine, audio and multi-cultural.
With a unique background of having worked at some of the most powerful media conglomerates in the world on both the sales and agency sides – Endeavor (formerly WME/IMG), The Walt Disney Company (ESPN), General Electric (NBCU), Comcast (Golf Channel), and WPP (MediaEdge) – Mark’s experience and perspective in the industry is unmatched.
Mark resides in NY with his wife Patti and three children. His passion for family and sports fill his personal time playing golf, tennis, boating, skiing, and coaching.

Andrew loves staying active and traveling the world with family and friends. You might find him on the basketball court, out boating on Lake Michigan or cheering on one of his hometown teams. Andrew grew up in Charlotte, NC and currently lives in Chicago, IL.
Al Connor is an established leader having enjoyed a successful sales and management career with a unique mix of broadcast, multi-media and sports sponsorship experience.
Al’s extensive television career includes executive roles at CBS, WGN, and KRON-TV in San Francisco. He also led national sales teams in the cinema advertising space at Screenvision. In the sports sponsorship arena, Al has served as VP of national sales at Learfield in the college space, as well as SVP of partnerships at Navigate Marketing focused on naming rights opportunities and major sports entitlements. He sits on the boards of the Chicagoland Sports Hall of Fame and the Merryville Crisis Nursery. Throughout his career, Al has been known for his professionalism, his leadership abilities, and his personal touch.
Al is a proud Chicago native, where he lives in Lincoln Park with his wife Lesley and their two boys. He adores his family and his Chicago Bears as a long-suffering season ticket holder.
